SGB SA guarantees the best possible price for products sold in LEROY MERLIN physical stores. Buy products from LEROY MERLIN stores and if you find a lower price in a competitive business within the Greek Territory within 30 days of your purchase in our stores, the difference will be refunded according to the following terms and conditions:
- Price comparison should be made between two identical products (brand, model & technical characteristics, accessories).
- The comparison should be made between the purchase price in one of our stores and the final product price including all types of taxes and shipping as available from natural stores of competing companies for delivery in the area where the store from which the purchase was made is located.
- The lowest price guarantee also applies to any price difference of the same product between LEROY MERLIN stores.
- The lowest price guarantee applies to both individuals and professionals.
- The lowest price guarantee is valid throughout the year (including the discount period as well as products that are on offer and / or promotional status)
- The lowest price guarantee applies to new products of a similar quantity, without defects or deficiencies, which are sold by authorized representatives of the official Greek Dealers and are covered by its warranty.
- Excluded are products sold through mail order, telephone, internet or auction catalogs.
Documents you need to provide
- Original receipt (or invoice) of purchase of the product from our store.
- Brochure, original offer with stamp and signature, catalog or any other official document (not excerpt or photocopy) in force, stating the price of a competing company.
- Completed and signed the form that you can download here.
- The above documents are submitted or sent by post or by fax or via e-mail by scanning the receipts in the store where you bought the specific product (for information about the addresses of our stores see the website www.leroymerlin.gr/gr/katastimata )
- If the above conditions are met, we will immediately refund the difference between the purchase price of the Leroy Merlin stores and the lower price.
- In case of providing lower price data that do not meet the above conditions (eg photocopies, photos, etc.), the relevant request will be examined and within three (3) working days you will receive a response from the store representative.
- The refund in this case will be made either by the payment of money or by a purchase slip issued by the cashier.
- In case you do not wish to return to the store, we will send you a purchase slip with the value of the return.
SGB SA reserves the right to terminate this warranty at any time and to reserve the right to make any changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time.
