The installation of the skeleton

Near every corner of the wall, we mark with a pencil on the floor the width of the new wall, including the insulator. We mark the guide line with the rectangular rope.

With a level thread, we find the position for placing the guides on the roof.

We mark the line here with the rectangular rope.

On a concrete floor, we use the screws by placing them at a distance of one meter from each other.

On the roof, we adjust the fastening to the construction material of the ceiling. And in this case, we place the screws at a distance of one meter from each other.

The installation of the uprights is done in the recesses formed by the drivers both on the ceiling and on the floor. Measure the height between the two guides and remove 1 cm to have the exact height of the uprights.

Cut with scissors.

Hold the upright with the end of the U-shaped contour turned towards it.

Place the bottom first on the guide, then the top and turn a quarter of the circle to anchor it. We lean the spirit level on the flat side towards us and make sure it is vertical.
To keep the uprights in the guides stable, we use a shear machine. We tighten the handle to pierce and stabilize.

The placement of the insulating material

We measure the height between the floor and the ceiling and add 1 cm to have the height of the insulating panels. Then cut with a special knife.

To keep the insulator stable, it is best to install it at the same time as installing the uprights.

We place the first insulating panel on the wall and temporarily immobilize it with another upright.
The uprights of the structure should be fixed every 60 cm.

To make the drywall more durable, it is enough to use a second upright, which we place back to back with the previous one.

We continue in the same way for everyone else.

We fasten them with self-drilling plasterboard screws.

In case there is a window, we place medium uprights in the guides, fixing them with a drilling machine.

Plasterboard installation

Screw the drywall sheets one by one to the uprights. Leave a gap of 10 mm from the floor by placing wedges.

To cut the sheet to the desired size, place it on the floor.

Using a ruler, mark a line that we will draw with the cutter.

We lift the sheet, we hold it with the notes towards us with both hands, we press on the engraving so that the plasterboard breaks at once. At this point, cut with the cutter and the side with the cardboard.

We never place a cut edge next to the middle of a wall. We always try to place the cut edge against the wall or ceiling.

After fixing the leaves, we use silicone to ensure a perfect fit between the floor and the bottom of the leaves.
Put the putty between the plasterboards, spread a plasterboard tape on the joints and press to stick.

The next day we pass again a rich layer of putty that we will spread with a wide spatula.
If the walls are well insulated, they maintain the internal temperature of the room and ensure comfort and energy savings.
